Moonlights Kiss - Aphelia Flower

This flower is found almost exclusively in Region 9 or more so in the direction of Region 9. Region 9 is more of a almost constant state of winter. As you can see in my notes, it's not poisonous and yet is a sort of cousin to Shadow's Kiss which is poisonous. This flower is also pretty much used for decoration or to give products the smell of the ocean. The leaves are edible and taste of mint that's been candied. The petals can also be ate but don't really have a flavor to them.
